Were you able to report the bands? Charlie Spencer.. I don't know where to even begin doing that... -
I saw this bird yesterday at the Hilltop Reservation in Essex County, NJ. I'm fairly certain the beak can be used to ID this as a hairy, but any help would be greatly appreciated.

I saw this bird yesterday at the Hilltop Reservation in Essex County, NJ. I was fairly certain it was an olive sided, but I see those are considered rare on E-bird, so before I post anything, can I get confirmation?

I saw these birds this past weekend at Sandy Hook, NJ. They look like semipalmated sandpipers, but they acted like sanderlings, so I believe they are sanderlings. But I'm not sure because I would have expected a paler coloration... Are they all sanderlings? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I guess what I meant to ask was.. the color seems much lighter than I'm used to seeing, especially on the beak. I'm used to seeing more of a reddish color, not that light orange like with this bird... Does this coloration indicate anything, or is it just a variation of pigmentation?

I saw this bird yesterday at Sandy Hook New Jersey. I assumed a great black-backed gull, but the orange around the eye and on the beak is confusing me. Is that non-breeding coloring? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I saw these birds today at the Hilltop Reservation in Essex County, NJ. It was so hard to get a decent pic, so I'm not sure if these can all be properly ID'd, but any help would be greatly appreciated.

I saw these birds today at DeKorte Park, in the Meadowlands, NJ. I think the first two are semipalmated sandpipers.. I'm not sure about the third..the mud isn't letting me see the true leg color. The rustier color makes me think least...Then I think the last is a lesser yellowlegs.. but I'm not sure of any of these ID's so any help would be greatly appreciated.

I saw this bird last week at a park in Connecticut. I couldn't get any kind of a side view before it flew away. Can it be identified from this view?

I saw these birds this past Friday at the Edwin Forsythe Wildlife refuge in Galloway, NJ. I think these would be seaside sparrows, but I'm not very familiar with those, so any help would be greatly appreciated.
