  1. We lived in Panama for a few months and these birds were seen around our residence on a regular basis in the Chiriquí Highlands - elevation 5,000 ft. Would love to know what they are. Thanks!
  2. Seen yesterday at Dead Horse Ranch State Park in Cottonwood, AZ. All the pictures I find of this type of swallow have a notch in their tails, but I thought the coloring was right for the Northern Rough-winged. Appreciate any input.
  3. This little hummingbird has been sitting on our feeder in Cottonwood, AZ a lot in the last couple of days during off and on snow. He mostly just sits until chased away by another hummingbird. I've been trying to identify him, but need some help. Picture not super sharp as it was taken through a screen. Does the black chin mean it's a Black-chinned Hummingbird? Thanks.
  4. This bird was seen at Dead Horse Ranch State Park in Cottonwood, AZ today. I thought maybe it was a female cardinal because of the tinges of red. It's not a clear picture, unfortunately. Any help appreciated.
