  1. These pics were taken last month on the Nicoya Peninsula in Costa Rica. Thank you for your knowledge.
  2. You folks are way cool. Thank you bunches!
  3. These pics were taken earlier this month on the west coast of Costa Rica - the Nicoya Peninsula. Thank you for your help.
  4. I'm fairly certain I know this bird but I have been corrected so many times that I humbly submit this to the pros for their judgment. This picture was taken in May of this year on a golf course in south western Arizona.
  5. Pretty sure this is an oriole but I don't know what to make of the stripe over the eye and patch on top of the head. These pictures were taken earlier this month on a golf course in Yuma Arizona. Please and thank you.
  6. According to two sources, Yuma, AZ is in the year round range for ash throated flycatchers.
  7. Yuma, about 10 minutes from California and 20 minutes from Mexico.
  8. Thank you. I do appreciate the effort from folks with complete knowledge. I looked through identification for the birds BirdNrd posted and it appears to me that the picture I posted is an ash throated flycatcher. Would I be pushing it to claim this identification?
  9. Sorry, this is in Arizona in May of this year in a residential area.
  10. I think I'm right, but it wouldn't be the first time I have been corrected by y'all. Thank you and take care.
  11. This was taken a month ago on the Colorado River in Yuma, AZ. Thank you for your assistance.
  12. Is this a phoebe? Is that enough white on the tummy? This was taken in south east California. Thank you.
  13. Is this a tanger of some type? This pic was taken last week in my front yard in Yuma AZ. Thank you for your knowledge and effort.
  14. Taken perhaps a month ago in Yuma Arizona on a golf course. Please and thank you.
  15. These four pics are of one hawk. They were taken last month on a golf course in SW Arizona. I think the barred tail tells me it's a Cooper's Hawk, but what is the white marking on one side of the head? Thank you for any help you may be able to contribute.
  16. First I want to say how much I appreciate your knowledge. Thank you. This pic was taken a couple days ago on a golf course in south west Arizona. I thought some kind of sparrow, but I have been through quite a few pictures and can't find a match.
  17. These pics were taken earlier this month on feeders at my house in Yuma, AZ. I'm fairly certain these are two different finches with a growth in pretty much the same place. I would think this would be uncommon. Any thoughts?
  18. Taken on a gold course in southern Arizona last month. Thank you.
  19. I forgot to say this was taken on a golf course in southern Arizonaperhaps two weeks ago.
  20. I think I know what this bird is, but I can't bring myself to appear to be that dumb if I'm wrong. Thank you.
