    Hi all - These were from last Saturday in the Las Vegas, NV area. Thank you for your help! #1 - Finch? #2 - which woodpecker? #3 #4 #5 - Black-chinned? I ask because eBird doesn't list it as an option for this location. #6

    At first I thought it was a Black-chinned, but after seeing it closer those chin feathers look different. Is this a Costa's Hummingbird? Photographed yesterday in the Las Vegas, NV area. Thanks for the help!

    This was also taken in Las Vegas, NV today. It was a bit difficult to focus on him among all those branches, and he seemed to be more curious about me than I was about him! Thanks again for the help!

    Please help ID these from the Henderson Bird Viewing Preserve in Henderson, NV all taken last Dec. 18. I think #1 is a Gallinule #2 is Blue-winged Teal, and is #6 a Northern Harrier? Thank you in advance! #1 - #2 - #3 - #4 - #5 - #6 -
