This one was flying and floating with a group of Bonaparte's Gulls on Lake Norfork, North Central Arkansas, Nov. 15, 2019. It looked to be about twice the size of the gulls, but stayed with them as they moved up and down the lake. Help on ID please?

At a city park pond, North Central Arkansas, Nov. 13, 2019. Sleuth says "Red-breasted Merganser 63%, Hooded Merganser 25%, Common Merganser 11%". We have had Hooded Mergansers in the area for the last two winters. If this is Red-breasted, it is a lifer for me, so I wanted to be sure.

Taken Nov. 12, 2019 at Lake Norfork, North Central Arkansas. Mixed hardwoods and cedars. Is that a long bill, or just the angle of the shot?

Seems too small for a Stilt Sandpiper, and has no heavy barring on the chest. Sleuth 83% Stilt. Bald Knob National Wildlife Refuge, Sept. 9, 2019, among a large group of differing sandpipers and herons.

I assume this is a female, since none of the choices my ID app give me are even close to this bird. I've gotten 3 different answers, from Great-tailed Grackle to Rusty Blackbird. Any help would be appreciated.

I've tried 3 different photos with my ID app, and Least Flycatcher is the only name that comes up in all 3 tries. This is a lifer for me, so I want to be sure.

My bird ID app says Roseate Tern 92%, Common Tern 7%, Forster's Tern 0%. Can anyone help nail this down for sure?

Taken at a pond next to a fish hatchery in Branson (Southwest), Missouri, December 28, 2018. The pond was full of Buffleheads and Gadwalls, but I don't recognize this one.

Taken at Charlie Craig Fish Hatchery, Centerton (northwest) Arkansas, Dec. 24, 2018. A favorite spot for winter birds, an IBA for Arkansas. Sixteen open ponds, in various stages of being drained and refilled. There were Northern Shovelers in the area, but this one seemed to be different.
