With the prominent white wing-bars, I am hoping this is a Pine Warbler, but don't be afraid to dash my dreams. Tennessee or Orange-crowned maybe?

With the absence of dark wing tips and the similar size to the adjacent Herring Gulls, could this be a first winter Glaucous?
