[A Sparrow for sure but can't ID.]

This photo is only cropped and sharpened a little otherwise its the original photo untouched. Its the yellow color that confused me about its ID.

Photographed this bird at a marsh here in Manitoba. In the field thought it was a blackbird--at home on my computer screen I don't think so. I have no alternative variety of bird.

Just photographed this bird a couple days ago here in Winnipeg. I'm fairly sure its a flycatcher just can't figure out which one.

The first bird I photographed today, Jan. 13 in Winnipeg. I thought it is a crossbill but the plumage does not match.
