It just flew in front of me while I was leaving my farm. So I just remember a straight flight until it went behind a tree. I know we have flickers here, but have not seen a harrier. I am watching for it again.

In eastern Montana in June. Medium size bird flying. Predominantly brown but had large white area on upper tail coverts when wings flying. Open farmland
