I am reposting this, with a better image of the bird. I saw a raptor -- not an Osprey -- take a fish from the water and bring it to shore to eat. The location is Ikuchi island in the Seto Inland Sea of Japan. I was able to photograph it only at a distance. I am wondering if it might be a White-tailed Eagle. If not, other suggestions? Thanks!

I saw a raptor -- not an Osprey -- take a fish from the water and bring it to shore to eat. The location is Setoda Sunset beach, on Ikuchi island in the Seto Inland Sea. I was able to photograph it only at a distance. I am wondering if it might be a White-tailed Eagle. If not, other suggestions?

I saw this raptor take a fish from the water, then land on the beach to eat it. I was able to photograph it only at a distance. The location is the island of Ikuchi, in the Seto Inland Sea of Japan. The date is November 9, 2019. I am wondering if it might be a White-tailed Eagle. If not, other suggestions? Many thanks.
