This is actually a Yellow-rumped Warbler! Note the yellow concentrated on the top of the head and under the wings. I believe that streaking on the back also rules out Pine Warbler.

I feel that this individual looks better for an immature White-crowned Sparrow. Note the clear lores that would be dark on a Chipping Sparrow.
