This picture of a shrike was taken at the Berg-en-Dal camp of Kruger National Park in February. Any ideas?

Thank you for your help. I went through my field guide several times and would never have picked this bird out since the juvenile looks so different!

This species was seen at San Jorge Ecolodge - Quito and along the road from Yanacocha to Tandayapa. This picture was taken on 11/5/19. Any help is appreciated.
