Thanks all. I lost a lot of sleep myself trying to figure this one out! Sure is tough telling the females of certain species.

Please help with identifying. This is from Wintergarden Park, Bowling Green, Ohio on May 23 at about 1230 pm See pictures. Thank you. I have put in Merlin and have tried using Audubon field guide but can’t seem to get a match.
