  4. Looks like a Sabine's based on the bill color maybe 2nd year? But upperwing doesn't look right so maybe a hybrid of some sort?

  6. First one is a Chaetura Swift 2nd one is a Cape Mays Warbler I think Swift is almost certainly a Chaetura pelagica

  9. Scarlet Tanagers are unusual at this time also the bill look more like that of a finch
  10. Grebe is a Red-Necked Grebe, not to sure on the merlin maybe Falco columbarius suckleyi
  11. Same, Red-Necked has more patterned wings than Red.
  12. Perhaps a White-throated Sparrow although I don't think they sing around this time of year
