I'm getting a merganser x tern vibe with just a hint of kingfisher. In other words, i have no idea what that is.

i used the allaboutbirds page - the cornell one and thought the bill was more yellow on my pic. that's why i leaned black-crowned .that site is good though - i'll refer to it next time, thanks!
