Kind of a shot in the dark, but Red-whiskered Bulbul came to mind. It's an introduced species to South Florida (and CA?).

Possible crow with poop (guano) on it. Seen several like that, side affect of roosting in a tree with a 100 other crows. :)

The bill length seems to point to Greater, but I'm getting a Lesser vibe from this bird (nothing around for a size comparison).

Something about these 2 seems a little off for juvenile Bald Eagles, just looking for verification (Golden are uncommon, but not unheard of). Taken near Savannah NY (Between Rochester & Syracuse) 4/21/22. First 2 pics are 1 bird, second 2 pics the other.

Not sure if they ever bred, but had a couple here for 2 or 3 years (no reports in last year or 2). Pic below is from Montezuma NWR.

I've seen them in WY, SD, and even in central NY occasionally. Seems strange to find them on the Madison River in Yellowstone NP. ?

Anything but Caspian or Common is fairly rare, a Royal was be extremely rare this far inland.
