The bird in the tree at Morikami seemed to have some light yellow under tail and the wingbar but my original is not clear enough for me to be certain. The waterfowl at Granite Reef appeared to have black legs - but I don't know enough about male/female and breeding/migrating and juvenile/female etc. Can someone help with this Identification please ?

I saw these 2 at a local lake near golf course in Scottsdale, AZ They did not move around much. The brown walked to other side of the B & W but the B & W only raised up a little and turned side for photo. Thank you
