A looked through Luxembourg pictures, and I'm have no idea. Maybe it's a female or juvenile, or did I click through the pictures too fast and this should be obvious. Here is a Norway bird on the coast from Bergen I'm having trouble identifying. Taken in June. I've tried to look at pictures from the area in What Bird, and I see similarities to a Eurasian Linnet.
