  1. Thank you all! I really appreciate the lesson on nape and cheek, now I'll only have to drive myself crazy if the cheeks are orange 🤪
  2. 1/22/22 Peoria AZ, riparian area. Could it be a Cooper's? could it be a Sharp? I'm driving myself crazy! Please help and thank you for your time, you all are wonderful!

  4. Peoria AZ 01/17/22 flying over my house....just barely caught it before it was too far gone, but it was nice enough to give me a turn before disappearing in the distance, had max zoom on the camera and cropped for viewing. Thank you in advance again, I don't know what I would do without you all, probably would have given up by now.
  5. I'm glad I seconded guessed myself, this makes it a lifer! thank you so much!
  6. Peoria AZ 1/15/22...there is one I see regular but further down the wash where it is more grassy and less tree filled and never this high in the sky, so I'm second guessing myself. thank you all again for you wonderful assistance

  8. I just can't and I know I'll kick myself once IDed...Surprise AZ 01/13/22
  9. I think if we know who Paul is and get the reference we also know why you know it is Paul, at least for me much easier getting music references than identifying birds🤣
  10. Glendale AZ 1/11/22. I know you all have magic bird mojo so hoping I can get an ID, I was really far away and this is the best my poor camera could do. Sorry in advance and thank you.
  11. Thank you, I never would have found that on the E-bird bar charts, between tits and nuthatches and only two to choose from in my area! I also feel better that the e-bid description does mention "Compare with Hutton’s Vireo" so that makes me feel like I wasn't too far off the mark.
  12. 01/07/22 Glendale AZ, ok so I'm stuck again overthinking probably I'm guessing a Vireo, it was supper fast and I was lucky to get this pic.
  13. ok maybe i'm overthinking it was alone and its head seemed darker then the others that were all flocked together... are these least?
  14. Glendale AZ 12/29, being a desert dweller water birds are extra tough for me.
  15. @Liam I did, it's going to take me for ever to count all the ducks, so I did a quick incomplete list just to get it out there. I'm super excited I didn't even know that I had something special or I would have spent more time and taken more pics.
  16. 12/02/21 Glendale AZ... at the recharge ponds. thanks in advance.
  17. fast and awesome I'm still amazed with how you all know this stuff. Thank you!
  18. Peoria AZ 11\11\21 sparrows are tricky for me.
  19. ok so i'm not losing it, Say's/black phoebes are what I typically see out in the desert was not expecting bluebird at all, which is why i couldn't find a match i was looking in flycatchers! Once again my thanks, you are all totally A W E S O M E !!!👍
