  1. Welcome to Whatbird @Rylan Urban. Could it have been a young Bonaparte's Gull or one that was transitioning into breeding plumage? https://macaulaylibrary.org/asset/111777101
  2. Welcome to Whatbird @Delaney, It sounds and looks like a potential Rough-legged Hawk https://www.allaboutbirds.org/guide/Rough-legged_Hawk/id
  3. I have a hard time seeing these as five stars: ML411165971 ML411165941
  4. Definitely an American Pipit. A Palm Warbler would have yellow on the rump I just got sniped by two people in less than 10 seconds!
  5. Female Goldeneyes can be extremely hard to tell apart. If I had to guess I would say Common, but like I said they are very hard to tell apart so I am not sure.
  6. I think the the first one is a Oregon but I don't think that the second one is. I'm not very good at junco subspecies though.
  7. Seems like Red-billed because of the apparent pale tip to the bill but I am not familiar with these birds.
  8. 1. Whooping Crane 2. 9th County record Eurasian-collared Dove 3. Merlin 4. 6 week late Red-headed woodpecker.
  9. Dark-eyed Junco (Oregon) and a Northern Flicker
