It's a Northern Mockingbird, at peace with the world.

I'd go with American Robins.

Wow. There is a place near Atlanta with four Limpkins, but that is a lot farther south, and not nearly half as many birds!
Wow for those birds too! Have you been over to look for them?
The Georgia location and the Horry Co. SC birds are roughly at the same latitude. The SC location is just a little further to the north. 33°39' in SC vs. 33°29' / 33°28' in Georgia.

The Texas birds are in non-breeding plumage, since it is February.

Of course, when I tried to get close to a male Ruby-crown with his crown out, he wouldn't let me.

So there's a place in Horry County, South Carolina, with NINE Limpkins. NINE. 9. Wow.

Yesterday's: 3 Northern Bobwhite! FOY!
Today's: Hard to chose. Either a FOY Orange-crowned Warbler, a Ruby-crowned Kinglet that almost let me touch it, or the high count of GCKI!
aw, what a delightful Ruby-crown

Knock ten degrees off that high and add them to that low. Now we're talking.
That's getting close to my perfect-day temperature-range.

I had a dream about the local Audubon society. I was walking around and around a part of town with a highway interchange, and I accidentally stumbled upon a branch office. Which was like a table or two next to a park.

Two Red-winged Blackbirds in treetops near the house. Only my second sighting for the yard.

I'm not convinced it's not just some thing with domestic genes. I don't see a lot of black duck elements in the plumage.
Me neither.
