Birdbrain replied to Kittipaws's topic in Help Me Identify a North American Bird
I'm not an expert, but I've seen both dark eyed juncos and eastern phoebes and I'm 99.9 percent sure that's not a junco. The bird is not standing low to the ground like a sparrow and it has a phoebe-like crest. It just looks like a flycatcher. Also, phoebes bob their tails and this bird looks like it's in the act of doing that.
