Most if not all condors you might see in USA have been tagged w/large circular tags in both wings in the area you mentioned.. Google it... -
Lack of white in tail feathers gets me a lot closer to whip than chuck........... The feather Atlas @ U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service is a good help w/ feather id................
