Maybe, but what about the eye ring? I have never seen a Eastern Phoebe with an eye ring. Also, it didn't have the right body structure for a Phoebe. I believe you are right about it not being a RCKI -

What about an Acadian Flycatcher. The eye ring didn't quite fit it, but it fits size and color. -

So was mine, but it was a lot larger than a kinglet. I wish it was a kinglet though. It would be the first georgian sighting in months.
