  5. Was planning to go out and try to get a long exposure shot of a local waterfall with my tripod and camera trigger. It just so happened to snow as I was trying to get the shots, which made for a cool landscape. Stepstone Falls by Patrick Felker, on Flickr Stepstone Falls by Patrick Felker, on Flickr

  8. We do not get White-crowned Sparrows too often out this east, but even less adults. So it was nice to see this beautiful adult perched right out in the open for me. White-crowned Sparrow by Patrick Felker, on Flickr
  9. Had a funny moment today. In a matter of ten minutes four different species of woodpecker landed on one perch. Almost as if they were taking turns. Now I want to make this perch a patch just to see what else I can get on it. 12. Today I saw this Willet in Charlestown, RI. The past few days there have been a few western Willets mixed in with the regular eastern Willets. I am thinking that this is a western Willet, because of the pale underbody, but I would appreciate some confirmation. Thanks! Willet (Western?) by Patrick Felker, on Flickr
  13. Not the greatest picture, but a pretty good bird. Little Egret Little Egret by Patrick Felker, on Flickr

  20. How's that "amazing" July birding going? lol. There's literally nothing of note being reported in RI. A few days ago I didn't receive my Rhode Island Rare Bird Alert from ebird, because NOTHING was seen at all.
  21. Hey, what's up guys! I haven't been on here (or discord) for a while. How have you all been? Thanks @Sean C for the mention or else I may not have found that this group is back for a while lol.
