Seen this morning in Chapel Hill, NC. I was actually taking a photo of another bird when this bird flew across the frame. I swung the camera on it and initially thought it was a Goldfinch. But almost immediately I thought maybe not and switched to my binos. Seeing the bird better I thought it was a warbler and switched back to the camera. I only got one quickie photo before the bird flew off. Although not a good photo, it appears to be a Blackpoll Warbler to me, but additional opinions would be appreciated.

I saw this bird in the Yucatan a few days ago. I figure it's either an Eastern Wood Pewee or a Tropical Pewee. If it's an Eastern then I'm good on the North American Bird forum, if it's a Tropical, I'll take the heat...
