    Ahhh, I bet it is! There were Horned Larks in the area. I assumed it was a sparrow....no wonder I was so confused! Thank you Birding Boy!

    This bird was seen today at a wildlife refuge area near Great Falls MT (north-central). I apologize for the poor photo quality, but these were the only I could get. I believe it may be a Grasshopper Sparrow, because of the habitat, and after observing the behavior. But not sure at all. I would appreciate help in a positive ID. Thank You!

    These birds were seen last week near Nome Alaska. I believe the one standing (two photos) could be a Western but not sure. The other foraging possibly a Least? Sandpipers are very difficult for me! Help on an ID would be greatly appreciated! Thank you

    Thank you both! I had thought of a House Finch but it looked to have a yellowish tinge to it's belly, so that was a little confusing...

    This bird showed up in my yard today and at first I thought it was a Pine Siskin because they had been here the last couple weeks, but it was twice the size of a siskin. It also was very skittish, and did not know how to get to any of my feeders unlike other birds who have been here this spring. Any help with an ID would be greatly appreciated! Thank you

    I saw this little bird in my backyard today in SW Montana. I briefly watched it fly down to the water dish and by the time I grabbed my camera it was fully drenched. Any help with an ID would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

    I checked eBird and sightings are few around here, and in all cases the past couple years it's only been one that's been observed.

    This little bird was seen in my backyard in SW Montana. I believe it's a Nashville Warbler but not 100%. Any help with a positive ID would be greatly appreciated. The photos aren't great. It was quite active, and I was taking the pictures through a window.

    Thank you Aidan ~ I believe Pacific-slope is in the range, but Hammonds and Cordilleran are more frequent.

    This bird was seen last week in Ramsey Canyon Arizona. We believe it is either a Cordillarian or Hammonds flycatcher. Any help with a positive ID would be greatly appreciated! Thank You

    This photo was taken today at a Nature Park on Central Montana. I believe it may be a Veery, but not positive. Any help with an ID would be greatly appreciated. Thank You!
