  4. Hi everyone, Imlooking for a little help ID'ing a Raptor I spotted at Wertheim National Wildlife Refuge in Shirley, NY back in September. I was thinking it may be a Kestrel but I'm really not sure. All help is greatly appreciated.
  5. Hi everyone, I took these pics back in September at Wertheim National wildlife refuge in Shirley, NY and I know the quality is terrible. This duck was grooming itself on a log at the far end of a pond and sadly the pics I got were as close as I could manage. I completely understand if this can not be identified but I figured it was worth a shot. All help is greatly appreciated!
  6. Female Baltimore Oriole does look right, thanks for the help
  7. Hi guys, I know these are terrible pics but I figured if anyone could figure it out it would be you! These were taken back in September at Setauket Mill Pond on Long Island, NY just before dusk.
  8. Yeah, this one just keeps nagging at me. It seemed too large to be a Green Heron. But I guess that is the popular opinion. Thanks for the help.
