12 Aug 2021 Garfield co. UT; Grand Staircase/Escalante NP; along Lower Calf Creek Falls trail; abundant vegetation; numerous shady areas; many birds Sorry about the human conversation; these were hikers, not birders. There is quite a unique-sounding bird in the background. In defense of my fellow hikers, they put me on birds whenever anyone saw them.
