  1. Here’s another bird I can’t figure out, my bird app says it’s a Norther Flicker. As you can see by the picture the bird has some orange, black and gray in it. I cleaned the photos up the best I could using Photoshop. Location: Atascadero, CA Where: Sitting high in a tree Date: 8/10/2019 I hope someone can help me out with this one. Thanks in advance.
  2. Portland, Maine. Could this belong to a starling? Found in my yard, in a very urban area. (City of 70,000 in high density area) It was below a tree. I don’t know the time it was left but it was found during the day. It is about 2 inches long from top to end.
