Small gray and white bird - not a junco!

This one should have been an easy ID - it was inches from my window! But it didn't seem to fit anything in my field guide.

Small bird, grey above, white or off-white below. Thin dark eyeline and white brow. Foraging on twigs on a cold May morning in central Maryland.

I'm scratching my head. Any guesses?

I think Warbling Vireo is the best guess! The size, habitat, and behavior all match what I saw.

(Blue-Gray Gnatcatcher was another exciting recent addition to my yard list, but yesterday's visitor was definitely something different.)
