sbruenjes
I saw these birds today walking through a nature preserve in Essex county, NJ. I love warbler season, but they are so hard to get good pictures of... I believe I got 1. American redstart 2. Black throated blue warbler 3. Maybe yellow rumped warbler... 4. The only bird that color I know of in NJ is an indigo bunting 5. I wish I got a better picture... maybe a bay breasted warbler? Any help would be greatly appreciated. aveschapinas
1 is a male American Redstart; 3 is a female American Redstart (look at the tail pattern). I'll leave the rest to others.
