This bird first stuck out to me as a Black and White. I'm not certain on this ID though. Also kinda looks like a Blackpoll

I'm not sure. They don't have an eyering like this bird does, bill is different, and thicker side streaks.

Yes the eyering is giving me problems.  I'm leaning blackpoll now.

Quite sure this is a Black-and-white Warbler.  The clean sides of the throat, yellow tint to the breast, what we can see of the undertail pattern, and the way it's clinging sideways to the tree are all good for B&W.
