Narrowed down to two, I think

Chestnut-sided Warblers, as their name implies, have very limited chestnut color on the flanks. Bay-breasted, on the other hand, additionally have brownish throats, breasts, and crowns.

Also note gray back, separated wingbars, and buffy undertail coverts.
