RobinHood Posted May 25, 2020 Author Share Posted May 25, 2020 No chance for a good look at the time but it emerged from an area where I had seen a pair of Red-breasted Mergansers hanging out, looking like they may be nesting. I was therefore assuming it would be a Red-breasted but looking at the photos afterwards................ Attached another poor image just in case it helps.
