This is a Traill's Flycatcher (Alder/Willow). Notice the stronger and more elongated structure that rules out Least and Yellow-bellied.

This is actually an Eastern Wood-Pewee. Traill’s Flycatchers would have more distinct wingbars, paler flanks, shorter primary projections, and longer legs.
