This one has me stumped

Welcome to Whatbird! That is an Eastern Towhee. Note the medium thick bill, rufous sides, and white front. Your location also helps to confirm that this is an Eastern Towhee and not a Spotted Towhee.

The Rufous-sided Towhee got split into the Eastern Towhee and Spotted Towhee long time ago. If you have an older field guide, a Rufous-sided Towhee is probably what you're going to see.
