Not sure because I didn't see an eye ring.

I was thinking Ruby-crowned Kinglet.

That's a Western Wood-Pewee. Note the upright stance, lack of an eyering, and long primary projection.

Agree with Western Wood-Pewee.  Ruby-crowned Kinglets behave differently than flycatchers.  Kinglets are almost always on the move while flycatchers usually perch relatively still on a branch, fly a short distance to catch an insect, then return to the same or a nearby branch.
