According to ebird, this is a  Black x Eastern Phoebe (hybrid)  I was corrected on my list.

Yep, most of the “Eastern Phoebes” breeding in the Front Range Metro Area appear to be hybrids (or so I’ve heard).

Ah, good to know!  What are the characteristics of a hybrid?  The dark chin?

From the ebird reviewer: This bird and all phoebes nesting down there are black x eastern hybrids. Note the darker gray than usual and the heavy streaking on the sides of the breast. The shape and posture of these birds is more like a black as well. Great photo! I’ve been compiling lists with photos of the different hybrids around the region, which is the majority of reported easterns!
