I need help identifying this bird. Actually it was a pair and they flew very acrobatically kind of like a swallow?  I saw it at a cement factory surrounded by farm land but there was also a quarry with water very close by. These birds were seen in Clear Brook Virginia close to the West Virginia state line. Thank you!

Those look like Northern Rough-winged Swallows with the brown upperparts and dingy throats/breasts.
