I agree with Chipping Sparrow. The main concern here is Worm-eating Warbler, but it's not quite fast enough and crescendoing enough for that. Also noteworthy is the fact that you can hear House Sparrows, suggesting that this recording was taken in a more urban area, which is much more suggestive of Chipping Sparrow.

Youre absolutely right. While not really "urban," it is residential but surrounded by tons of wooded acres.
