It was still on the list under code 5. I wondered because it is a common enough bird it should have been posted long ago but I thought maybe since in was under Moorhen it got missed.

Correct. The Common Moorhen Gallinula chloropus is the Old World species and was split from Common Gallinule Gallinula galeata as the New World species - https://www.10000birds.com/moorhen-mania-the-splitting-and-renaming-of-the-common-moorhen.htm
