The bicolored bill makes this Red-backed. Aside from that, Gray-headed would not be found in Arizona during the summer months.

Yellow-eyed Junco of course is more of a southeastern AZ specialty- inhabiting the sky islands only (Huachucas, Chiricahuas, etc.)- and would certainly not be found anywhere near the kaibab plateau.
