smskelton
Spent one afternoon hiking several miles to a birding site on a lake and this is the only thing we found on the hike.
Clip
Please consider my ids of these as they are which is from an amateur herper so I may be wrong. Southern Leopard Frog, Florida Softshell Turtle and maybe a Curly-tailed Lizard. All from a recent trip to Palm Beach County, FL.
Kevin
Here is an interesting find from yesterday, a Green Treefrog. There is not much around here I haven't seen before, so it was fun to see something new. It seems we are just out on the very edge of their range.

SirVive
Two bucks 50' off the trail stopped sparring just long enough to turn and look at 4 of us stop to stare before they went right back at it until us standing there watching made them too nervous and they walked off a few steps.

If it is it is a young one as it was not nearly the size of the adults I have seen. I defaulted to Curly tailed because we saw so many in this part of Florida. smskelton
This was an unusual site lying 15 feet from my bird feeder. I wonder what the attraction was? I guess they like watching birds also.

I think there is another bobcat kitten lying down on the left side of the picture with its head pointed away. Try to line up the bodies with the heads looking at you and there seems to be too many bodies for the faces you see.

Kevin
These were some really cool slugs! They were bigger than my middle finger, and 3-4 inches long.

The body lying down on the left foreground is a different animal from the tail you see in the upper left. Whether the left head is part of that body or the one in the bottom left is the question. I admit that I have always thought there were three Bobcats in the picture, but the left cat's body is in an awkward position. Bobcats usually don't have more than two babies, and I have seen several young cats walking together in the area that appear to be around a year old. I can say that I never expected you guys to work this hard on it. Nice job!
