Hi, Sorry for the vague subject line, but I am not that great at ID-ing birds.  This one just struck me as notably confusing, and I have not figured out how to start with it in my bird guidebook  There were two of them. We saw them in suburban University Park, Maryland at the start of July. Mostly they were in a tree or, as you can see, on a utility wire.

Ok, cool.  Judging from the pictures I see on the web these would have been juveniles then?
