Benjamin Posted August 3, 2020 Share Posted August 3, 2020 (edited) It's a Yucatan Jay. It appears that only the juveniles have a yellow eyering. Since this is an ID from outside the US, it is helpful to post it to that section of the forum, as well as to include location, just to avoid confusion. Actually people have been asking about birds all the way south to Panama here in the North American forum, unless the rules have changed.
