how to tell from Golden Eagle?

Young Balds have white on the wing linings and, usually, a small patch of white on the innermost two primaries and another on the innermost secondaries. Young Goldens have white on the bases of primaries and, sometimes, secondaries. Thus, the distribution of white on the two is VERY different and makes ID VERY simple.
