It looks like a Clay-Colored Thrush to me too. I'm not sure what @Seanbirds was after with the question about being near water. Clay-Coloreds are common in their range, in urban environments as well as forests, and not necessarily always seen near water. They do vary a lot in coloration from a dull brownish-yellow (think newborn baby diapers LOL) to a warm brick color, including dull boring brown or tan.
