Am I correct that you are referring to Western Wood-Pewee? There is only two confirmed sightings of Western Wood-Pewees in Virginia, and both of those are historical records. I'm not saying that a Western Wood-Pewee is totally impossible, but I think that it is safely ruled out by range. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
