This list highlights one of my favorite eBird things to do: Hit poorly-visited hotspots hard. Four species on this list were new for the hotspot and it is the first checklist in the last week of May for the hotspot. (Of course, most weeks have no data.) I even got a county bird (SESA). Fortunately for me (and for the HS dataset), this HS is very near the center of one of the two projects on which I’m working.

I forgot: The four additions to the HS list jumped the HS onto the Ford County leader board at the 10th position.

Nice to see you in this topic/ section of the forum! I also like to hit the poorly visited spots! Like this and this: my patch: https://ebird.org/hotspot/L4398256

Question: If you are with other Ebirders, how do you have their photos and stuff on your checklist?

I'm not quite sure what you are asking, but if you have a shared checklist other people's photos will be on your checklist and vise versa.

Had a lovely morning at the unfortunately named Colony Farm Regional Park this morning. Just a gorgeous birding spot. Didn't find the Lazuli Buntings, Blue-winged Teal or Bittern that people were talking about but I didn't expect to. I don't get many opportunities for dedicated birding time so this was an absolute treat. https://ebird.org/checklist/S89488961
