Birds are cool Posted January 3 Share Posted January 3 Three year birds today. American Pipit, House Wren, and Field Sparrow. I didn't get the pipits until August last year, and didn't get the House Wrens until September, so today was pretty good. I also got my best ever photos of a White-throatef Sparrow, and of a White-eyed Vireos. I had to get out of my apartment though, so I chased a Northern Flicker, which I get on my needs alert every time a certain birder goes here, but I couldn't find it. That lifer will have to wait for another day.
